SEC completed a shutdown maintenance project which required the refurbishment of a heater including piping by-pass for the plant to operate, asbestos abatement, tubing replacement, impingement chest, vapour chamber, tube sheets, floor plates, baffles, blasting & coating. The heater was brought back online and removal of all temporary by-pass piping systems.
