Positions
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating and basic maintenance of the equipment while on the job site. As an Operator, you will also be required to follow all policies and procedures and legislation required to operate the equipment safety.
The shift schedule will consist of 7 days on, 7 days off, 12 hours/day.
Locations will vary throughout Saskatchewan.
Equipment & Grader Operators / End Dump & Rock Truck Operators
Job Duties
- Operate a variety of equipment including; loader, skid steer (finishing), excavator (detailed excavations and finishing), dozer, loader, packer, end dump trucks, rock trucks and other equipment as trained.
- Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations and compliances.
- Inspect equipment on a regular basis, pre and post-operating.
- Communicate any unsafe conditions or wear and damage of equipment to the supervisor in order to facilitate corrective action.
- Maintain logs of working hours and of vehicle service and repair status, following applicable provincial and federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the public, customers, and co-workers both verbally and in written form.
- Provide feedback to supervision regarding customer problems.
- Laborer duties will be required as needed to assist on site.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in operation of equipment
- Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance
- Heavy Equipment Certificate is an asset
- 1A Driver’s License required for End Dump Operator position
- Effective self-managing, good problem-solving skills, planning, organizing and priority setting skills combined with a strong work ethic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be open and flexible to change and take initiative
- Pre-employment medical exam and drug test will be required
Vacuum/Water Truck Operators
Job Duties

Qualifications
- Previous experience operating vacuum and water truck
- Class 1A or 3 Driver’s License / Current Drivers Abstract
- Pre-employment medical exam and drug test will be required
